It really is easy to order made to order free standing furniture..........
- Decide the size of the item
- Draw a rough sketch (or we can do this for you)
- Pop into Falcon Pine & ask to speak to Michael
- If Michael is out fitting / measuring up then leave contact details & he will telephone
you on his return to discuss.
- Michael or another member of staff will finalise your sketch and take down all your other requirements
- An exact price will be givern to you, with us keeping a copy of the details and a copy givern
to you. All prices are exact / exclusive with nothing added on top, so the price we give is the price you pay.
- Should you wish to order then a 20% deposit should be left & a receipt givern to you (40%
fitted work)
- A order sheet is filled in, contact numbers /address etc & a completion date agreed.
- Around a week before your item is completed Michael will contact you to arrange collection
or delivery if required.
- Final payment in full to be paid upon satisfied acceptance of the item of furniture, with all
the usual customer rights included.

A reminder that we also make furniture from old antique pine reclaimed timber or from
new pine and we can wax, stain or paint to a variety of shades.
